My boss really fancy favouritism, he always avoid conversation, giving proper guidance or instruction and let u figure out everything by yourself. When he sees something he dislike (with the fact he&#039;s didn&#039;t even care in the 1st place), he&#039;ll critisized via email cc the whole world! I love my job to death but he&#039;s giving me depression. What can I do?]]></description>

This is great stuff, in particular Design the Alliance. It can seem like such an obvious thing to find out what your boss needs from you, but it&#039;s an easy thing to miss. You assume that you know. But not every boss is a great communicator, and as employees it&#039;s easy to assume that since you would want something done in a certain way, that your boss would too. 

Understanding the nuances of your boss&#039;s preferences can absolutely make the difference in your working relationship!]]></description>

I would just add, that when you decide to leave, and therefore feel less victimized by a loser-boss, try to be almost obsequiously pleasant with him. It can be your little game...&quot;I don&#039;t have to put up with him so I&#039;m going to be the model employee and he&#039;ll be very upset when i leave.&quot; You get the satisfaction of playing your little game and also hopefully get the benefit of a good reference.]]></description>
