Tattoos and Taboos: Why you should think before you ink
Confession: I have “a few” tattoos myself and I fall into the camp that believes they’ve become so common it no longer matters if they’re seen in the workplace. Of course, there are still limits. A face tattoo, for example, might be hard to ignore. If the fingers of my bank teller are covered in Old English script spelling out “lover”, I might think twice before handing him a stack of cash. But a simple butterfly tattoo on the ankle should hardly be cause for concern. What are your thoughts?
